Hello & welcome!
I have been a practicing psychotherapist for 16 years. Over the years in working with clients it has became clear to me that many people resonate more effectively with holistic interventions. They find solutions and guidance that seem to rise up out of nowhere and move them toward the heart and soul of who they truly are, finding deep comfort and healing. As a matter of practice, I, too, began to move beyond psychopathology using less traditional practices and widening the lens toward more transpersonal, somatic and spiritual approaches.
In 2013 during my own personal transformation I was drawn to the practice of shamanism. I resisted for a long time until I could no longer silence my interest. The more I learned, the deeper I fell in love with its practices both in my personal life and professional life. I found that shamanism dovetails nicely with psychotherapy. It takes the lid off the box of psychopathology and opens access to infinite guidance providing answers far beyond what the egoic mind can conceive.
When I brought together contemporary traditions with ancient wisdom the truth of who I am and how I would practice became one.
I believe I am a better psychotherapist because of Shamanism and embrace the gifts it delivers everyday for myself and my clients. Believing no one should walk the path to their true self alone, I would be honored to walk beside you.
I would love to help you.
